I grew up in Muskegon, Michigan. I graduated from Mona Shores High School and went on to study legal secretarial science at Muskegon Business College (now Baker College). I began my legal career in January of 1977 working for Kenneth R. Lampe, an Attorney who ran a small, general practice law firm in Grand Haven, Michigan. I worked for many years as a legal assistant becoming familiar with many areas of the law including family law, real estate law, estate planning and probate, general civil litigation, landlord/tenant law and criminal law. When Kenneth R. Lampe retired in April of 2016, I found myself not ready to retire and realized that I missed working with the law. In October of 2016, I accepted a position with Brianna T. Scott & Associates PLLC as a paralegal. I work mainly with landlord/tenant, estate planning and probate, and general civil litigation; but can also assist in family law matters as needed. I, too, have found Brianna T. Scott & Associates PLLC a great place to work. I continue to enjoy the ever-changing and challenging work that is found in dealing with the law.
